After exporting beef to over 75 countries during the last 18 years, they have decided to open up a number of retail outlets that sold "beef that is not normally available to the Australian Public".

The Original Balkan Restaurant grill in Darlinghurst was first fired up in 1964 and has been run by the same Croatian family ever since. Recently refurbished, The Balkan, has been praised for over 45 years for its great atmosphere, excellent European style dishes and large servings.
