The café is famous for its outstanding cheesecakes and a unique atmosphere. A variety of cakes, snacks, coffees and teas are also available.

The decorations around the place give customers an eastern and mysterious feeling, so it is great for a date or catching up with friends.

The Three Monkeys is an iconic West End gem. The theme runs along the lines of Mediterranean and Greek meets the East, but it is truly an atmosphere that defies description and is best experienced first hand. It is no wonder the Three Monkeys is a hit with students, locals and tourists alike as it offers a great little getaway from the troubles of the outside world and caters for a variety of tastes. The coffee at Three Monkeys is second to none and is a good starting point as you ponder the variety of light meals and cakes available. On the menu are vegetarian delights, gourmet pizzas, fresh toasted sandwiches and some great focaccias.

The Pollo focaccia is a tried and tested favourite of mine, an assortment of sun dried tomato with chicken, seasonal fresh avocado and cheese, all encased in a fresh grilled focaccia. Or be tempted with one of the mouth-watering gourmet pizzas with styles such as the mamaroza with artichokes, semi-dried capsicum, olives, sun dried tomato, pesto and mozzarella cheese. Be tempted by one of the great array of cakes available. This is truly a must-visit venue – it’s relaxed, ambient and has stood the test of time.

Modern and casual, meals are around $20-$30, comfortable dining inside and outside on their large balcony overlooking Queen St Mall. You can dine or grab a drink at the bar, also good for work lunches.
The Block Arcade
The shopping is fantastic with a number of high quality retailers holding stores here. The stunning architecture is worth visiting and you can even go on a tour to learn more about the style, design and history of the building.
