 The Press Club is a fine dining restaurant run by Greek Chef George Calombaris, of MasterChef Australia fame. Originally an old printing room of the Herald newspaper the restaurant and adjoining bar have become a favourite destination for those in the know when it comes to Melbourne food. The menu is a stunning combination of Greek and French heritage and training, and guests are offered a range of modern choices when it comes to their meal. In intimate surroundings the atmosphere seduces diners before a morsel of food has been served. Wow, if visiting Margaret River, you have to see the caves for something really special.My favourite is Mammoth Cave as it is self guided and so peaceful and tranquil.I love the beautiful reflections off the lake inside the cave at Lake Cave and the coloured lights turn it into a mirrored wonderland.
