Bourke St Mall is a popular destination in the Melbourne CBD. It has a reputation for fine shopping and fabulous street performers, with busking licenses easily obtained through the council. This is the location of Melbourne’s GPO and the major retail centres for David Jones and Myer. Offered as the heart of retail in Melbourne it has a wide range of boutiques, chains and independent retail stores as well as plenty of places to stop and eat along the way. Opened in 1983 as a rejuvenation project, it has taken off to become one of the premier Melbourne destinations and a must on any sightseer list. While trams are given access through the mall it is otherwise a pedestrian area allowing for easy criss-crossing between sides so you can get to all the shops you wish to see.

A fashionable Asian shop. Clothes, shoes, accessories from China, Korea and Japan provided with reasonable prices.

It is a "paradise" for girls.

Great photo canvases taken around the Gold Coast. I first saw their work in the Surfers Paradise store. I liked the gently open colours of his beach photography and they offered very affordable options for their canvas prints including different sizes and combinations.

This is a great Serbian bakery. They make fresh burek (a pastry filled with meat, cheese, or spinach) and have the most most mouth watering lepina.
Jervis Bay is the perfect getaway, even if it is just for the weekend or holiday. The best thing about the bay is that it is only 3 hours from Sydney but feels like it is worlds away.
