To get to the observatory, you first walk the 1.6km jetty into the sea. It is free to go out onto the jetty and that alone is worth experiencing.
Once you are out at the end, you really feel like you are in the middle of the sea.

First of all, the location is superb. You just walk down a flight of curving stairs and arrive right at the beach. Even from the veranda, you can enjoy a sensational view of the ocean which is only 100 meters away. The property itself is a haven; there is a ¼ acre featuring a tropical, leafy yard. The house is HUGE. You can comfortably fit 10 people in this space in the 4 bedrooms.
