Horseshoe Bay Ranch - Magnetic Bay - Queensland

Magnetic Bay Horseshoe Bay Ranch One of the greatest experiences to be had at Magnetic Island is to go swimming with horses.

Horseshoe Bay Ranch, or also called Bluey’s Bush and Beach Rides, has great beach tours on horseback. The rides start at 9am or 3pm and last two hours.

First, you ride through the bush and then onto the beach and into the water. Before you go swimming on horseback, you do take a moment to take of your long pants which you are wearing over your bathing suit.

The staff are really wonderful and knowledgeable. They can accommodate kids or people who’ve never ridden horses before.

The rides cost $100 per person or $130 for a half day ride. If you’ve never ridden before, two hours will be enough- your behind will hurt from riding bareback!
