In addition to getting right up close with the dolphins, you really get to enjoy a great scenic tour of the bay. The cliffs rising up from the water are just amazing and the white beaches look heavenly from a distance.

There are quite a few different operators in Jervis Bay that offer tours. One of the best ones is located at 50 Owen St in Huskisson. They really do a good job and give you your money’s worth.

For adults, it is only $30 for a full 2 ½ hour tour. There are discounts for families and students. The team is so friendly and answers all of your questions. Also, they give you a free afternoon tea. This is a small thing but it is a really nice touch, especially when you are a bit dehydrated from all that salt water.

Generally, the tour sets out at 1:00 in the afternoon, though this varies sometimes depending on the tide. They operate from December to May. Make sure you have your hotel book the tour for you ahead of time! They can fill up quickly!
